Cathy Kleros, Owner of Southbury Baking Company, has had a love of baking since the age of four. She has followed that passion to bring delicious artisan, handcrafted baked goods to the market. Every delectable morsel is made with wholesome ingredients, by scratch and in small batches to ensure freshness. She is taking her many years of dessert catering and bringing it to her new retail bakery and gourmet shop at 250 Main Street South, Southbury Ct. in The Commons Plaza. We have cases of deliciousness full of our many signature items including our amazing chocolate cake bombs, cheesecakes and cakes. All of our sweets are not only delicious but presented beautifully. Also available in our bakery are our line of Wine Savories Artisan Crackers, BrewCraft crackers and house made artisan chocolates. We can’t wait to see you!
